Dr Giniger is a world-renowned dentist with a PhD in Chemistry and specialty training in Oral Medicine. He has spent years working with the world’s largest oral care companies and top universities, and has served as an expert authority on oral care for the USA government during clinical trials.
Dr Martin Giniger has used over 40 years of research to identify the optimal formulation to safely and effectively whiten teeth without unwanted side-effects. Yes, hydrogen peroxide is extremely effective for teeth whitening — but UK law restricts teeth-whitening products containing over 0.1% hydrogen peroxide to use by registered dental professionals only.
Our key whitening ingredient, Sodium Percarbonate, has been proven to deliver whitening results comparable to hydrogen peroxide. It might have a long name, but it’s simply a combination of eco-friendly compounds that break down into oxygen, water, and sodium carbonate (soda ash) — giving an effective bleaching effect without the risks that come with hydrogen peroxide.
Our whitening gel was tested in an independent, double-blind clinical trial conducted by third-party dentists, involving 50 participants aged 18 to 70. Each participant completed a 10-day cycle of 20-minute treatments — half received a commercially available peroxide-based product, the other half our peroxide-free formulation.
Neither the dentists nor participants knew which treatment they were receiving. Shade improvement was measured both in-person using Vita shade assessment and digitally via Spectrophotometer Assessment of Tooth Lightness — confirming our whitening gel’s superiority over the control, both in overall shade improvement and reduced colour relapse.
